About this destination

Korigad Fort is a beautiful hill fort located near Lonavala, overlooking the luxurious Aamby Valley. Built around the 15th century, it offers panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and artificial lakes.

The fort was incorporated into the Maratha Empire under Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in 1657. Today, it is one of the most accessible trekking forts, making it a popular weekend destination for trekkers and nature enthusiasts.
