Chikhaldara, the only coffee-growing hill station in Vidarbha, is a picturesque getaway located in the Amravati district of Maharashtra. Situated at an altitude of 1118 meters, it offers a pleasant climate, scenic viewpoints, and rich wildlife.

Legend says this is the place where Bheema from the Mahabharata killed the demon Keechaka — hence the name 'Keechakadara,' which evolved into Chikhaldara. The town is surrounded by the lush Satpura ranges and dense Melghat forests.
